Drumbowie Art is the creative venture of Terri Innes Lyon, a Scottish Artist who primarily works with acrylic and oil paints. After a hiatus from painting, I decided to confront my fears and embark on a journey into the unknown as an artist.
My affinity for art began in school and persisted through my senior years, where I garnered recognition and prizes for my paintings as a teenager. Although I continued to paint during my university years, the demands of life gradually relegated art to the sidelines.
Now, with several years of experience in psychiatric nursing behind me, I find myself in the fortunate position to reignite my passion for painting. I am drawn to landscapes and nature, with a particular fondness for creating miniature scenes and working on a small scale.
As I return to the canvas, I am inspired by the beauty of the world around me and the freedom to express myself artistically once more.
